Beyoncé and Jay-Z have announced that they will be adding additional dates to their On the Run II tour. In addition to announcing the tour, there will be nine additional dates added, including Chicago!
When the pair announced the On the Run II tour, it sent the internet into an uproar. Now, the pair has confirmed that there will be nine more dates in North America being added to the tour. According to Variety, the tour will begin June 6, 2018, in Cardiff, U.K.
They will stop in 15 cities throughout the U.K. and Europe. However, they will not begin touring in North America until late July. Newly added dates include the following: Amsterdam June 20; Washington, DC July 27; East Rutherford; New Jersey Aug. 3; Chicago Aug. 11; Columbus, Ohio Aug. 16; Columbia, South Carolina Aug. 21; Atlanta Aug. 26; Los Angeles Sept. 23; and with a closing date of Oct, 4 in Seattle.
The tour is going to be presented by Beyoncé, Parkwood Entertainment ,and by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. According to Variety, the pair has not toured together since the On the Run tour in 2014.
Following the birth of the twins, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are back and better than ever. Tickets will be on sale to the general public starting in early March. Citi Bank is the featured card for the tour, they are offering pre-sale tickets for all shows in the United States.
