President Donald Trump will make his decision on the U.S. involvement in the Iran nuclear deal evident very soon, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Iran lied for years about its efforts to build weapons of mass destruction. He revealed a huge archive of stolen nuclear plans from Mossad operatives.
Netanyahu presented documents from a secret warehouse in Iran’s capital city of Tehran. He stated that the political leaders in Iran asserted that their nuclear program was developed for peaceful reasons. This is one example of deception.
A senior Israeli official said the documents that were related to the hostile Iranian nuclear program were seized in an overnight raid in January 2018. The scandal was revealed days before U.S. President Donald Trump is to decide on evacuating the program with Israel’s rival nation. The Iranian nuclear program began in 2015, under the Obama Administration.
He contends Iran violated the agreement. The Israeli prime minister had objected to the deal since its initial genesis in early 2015.
The prime ministers made an appeal before the U.S. Congress. However, he failed to block the Iranian nuclear weapons program. The New York Times reported that Netanyahu is attempting to persuade Trump to end the agreement. Trump will soon announce his decision on the Iranian nuclear deal.
European leaders such as German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron have visited the White House asking the U.S. president to salvage the nuclear covenant for Iran. However, the Israeli prime minister has been attempting to advocate for the abolition of the deal and contract. The New York Times reported that resolving the current conflict abroad could be one of the most significant international policy decisions of the Trump administration.
At a Rose Garden news conference President Trump used mysterious language about his future plans for the nuclear agreement. The presidential statement was issued minutes after Prime Minister Netanyahu’s presentation on the potential dangers of the Iranian nuclear weapons program.
The New York Times reported that Trump did not indicate whether he will dismantle the program or try to persuade European forces to reestablish the agreement. France, Germany, and the U.K. are the three Western European nations that originally assisted in designing the blueprint for the Iran Nuclear Deal.
EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini issued a statement on Monday, April, 30, addressing the prime minister of Israel about Iran’s nuclear program. The EU’s statement challenged the prime minister’s objection to the Mullah Iranian regime having nuclear arms since 2015.
Mogherini stated that the EU should asses the legal forms and facts in Netanyahu’s initial statement. They must then find the International Atomic Energy Agency’s findings.
Haaretz reported the Iranian Deal was in compliance based on the IAEA report. Additionally, that would have taken place had the international watchdog had Netanyahu’s information on Monday, April 30. After evaluating all the information, Trump will soon announce his decision concerning the Iranian nuclear deal.
