Tyra Banks has mistakenly mixed up elimination on “Dancing With The Stars.” It was a rough night on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020, for the former supermodel.
On elimination night, all the contestants are wondering will they go home or stay. With all that nervousness going on, each couple performed their routine.
When Banks called all the dancers back on stage after being critiqued by the judges, she had the dancers line up to prepare for the elimination results.
The popular supermodel noticed that she made an error while reading the cards. Her error caused the judges and dancers to be confused. But, like a pro, she corrected the situation.
Embarrassed, she announced her error. She apologized multiple times in a very professional manner.
Meanwhile, after Monday’s mishap, Banks received criticism. “Dancing With The Stars” fans took to social media, saying she should be fired.
The executive producers of “Dancing With The Stars” came to her Defense. They stated they are happy with her as the host of the show. Moreover, they mentioned she handled the mistake very well and reminded everyone she is human.
People seem to forget about “Dancing With the Stars” because the competition show is a production. And like most productions, mistakes are going to happen, especially when they are filmed live.
